At MAGSTORE, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return products within 14 days of receiving them, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included with the purchase.
  • Returns will only be accepted if initiated by the same person who placed the original order. We will handle the rest, ensuring the process is smooth and straightforward.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (if applicable).
  • Products that have been altered or modified from their original condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is returned due to a change of mind or an error by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Magstore will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our support team at soporte@magstore.es to arrange a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at soporte@magstore.es, and we will assist you with the process.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at soporte@magstore.es. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your product.

7. Exceptions

Please ensure you check that the product is correct before altering or installing it, as altered products cannot be returned. For safety reasons, certain items such as perishable goods or custom-made products may not be returned
